GENERAL

A. This Addendum shall become part of the Contract Documents

and shall modify the bidding documents, including any past

addenda, as indicated below.

B. Bidders should acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the

appropriate space on the Form of Proposal.

C. This Addendum consists of One (1) typed page.

1. Addendum #3 is to provide answers to questions about the

Gateway Wetlands Park Development Project.

• The staging area is shown on sheet 32.

• There are no minority or small /local business goals

affiliated with this contract.

• NOVA Parks does not own the roadway, and the

contractor will need to meet any requirements

associated with the ROW permit.

• No substitutions will be accepted at this time.

• Contaminated soil/water during excavation will be

treated as a change order.

• Hazardous material encountered during excavation

will be treated as a change order.
