Project Description

• The Quinault Public Works Division is hosting a spring community clean up event in

Queets on March 23, 2026. We are soliciting bids for a contractor to cook lunch for

up to 75 people at the Queets Gymnasium. Lunch will need to be ready to serve by

11:00 AM. Menu is Indian Taco w/works (Cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, sour cream

and salsa)

Scope of Work

• Shop for food and supplies (we will provide to-go containers, utensils and napkins),

PO for Swansons will be provided in advance.

• Prep, Cook and serve lunch for 75 people. Menu is Indian Taco w/works (Cheese,

lettuce, onion, tomato, sour cream and salsa)

• Set up of dining hall area (tables and chairs)

• Clean up of kitchen and dining hall after event (put tables and chairs away,

sweeping, mopping, restrooms, and removing all trash.)

Must be included in bid:

• Food Handlers Permit

• QIN Business License

• W9

• Total cost for scope of work

Indian Contractor Preference:

Preference will be given to Indian contractors. Please specify in the proposal if the bidders

are Quinault with enrollment number, Supporting Quinault, other Indian or Non-Tribal.
