A Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting to answer questions about preparing and submitting your bid was held on Wednesday February 19th at 10am via Microsoft Teams. A Site Visit was held at the St. Clement’s Island Museum 38370 Point Breeze Rd, Coltons Point, MD 20626 on Thursday February 27th at 2:30PM. Attendance to both is strongly encouraged but not required to bid. Final Questions are due by Monday May 12, 2025 at 12 Noon. Contact brandon.hayden@stmaryscountymd.gov for more information.
