Description: The Office of Community Development will be accepting bids for the rehabilitation of the following residences: 1. Highland Ave. – exterior paint 2. Irwin Ave. - roofing 3. Gardner Ave. – roofing and general construction 4. East Main St. – roofing and general construction Basic work consists of roofing, painting and general construction. Any plumbing or electrical work performed in the City of Middletown MUST be completed by a licensed City of Middletown plumber or electrician. General construction contractors must have Certification of Completion of Lead Safe Work Practices and EPA /RRP Certification. Specifications and information for bidders are available at the Office of Economic and Community Development, 16 James Street, 3rd Floor, Middletown, NY 10940, Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Phone (845)-346-4170. Precise locations will be in the bid packets. There is NO pre-bid meeting. Bids are due on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
