Description :
ALCOSAN is procuring electrical distribution equipment that is required to be installed at existing Substation 650 at the southwest corner of the treatment plant. The electrical distribution will need to be installed, connected, and wired as part of the Substation upgrades for the Clean Water Plan, specifically for tunnel construction and long-term plant power. The scope of this contract will include installation of the electrical equipment pre-purchased under Contracts 1790 and 1801, furnishing the cabling to connect these new pieces of electrical equipment to the Duquesne Light Company distribution system, and construction of ductbanks at both O-27 and A-48 sites.
