Issue Date: 10/18/2024 Contract Number: DPW24-286 INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE TOWN OF OYSTER BAY ANIMAL SHELTER Description: At the Town of Oyster Bay Animal Shelter, located at the DPW Complex at 150 Miller Place, Syosset, the following improvements are to be made: Replacement of dog kennel systems including transfer door and outdoor pens Construction of new dog kennel separation walls Flooring and wall finishes in kennels, cattery & cat visitation spaces Door and hardware replacement Storage room modifications Replacement of rooftop mechanical units The facility will be in continuous operation during construction. Contractor will schedule and advance work in phases to allow for continuous operation.
