Notes	Notice is hereby given that City of Stillwater/Stillwater Utilities Authority will receive sealed bids for the following: Bid #25- 2025 Agricultural Haying at Stillwater Wastewater Treatment Plant Bids will be received via our online portal until 3:00 pm , Wednesday, July 9, 2025. Mailed, emailed, and faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened at 3:00 pm and read aloud by the City Clerk at the Municipal Building, Conference Room 1112 B, 723 South Lewis, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74074.
