Description: FY 2026 Sanitary Sewer Improvements City of Gainesville, Georgia The City of Gainesville is requesting individual sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the FY 2026 Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project. The Project includes the following: Furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary for replacing-in-place approximately 1900 LF of 18-inch, and 775 LF of 20-inch PVC pipe sanitary sewer main. The installation of 1150 LF of 8-inch PVC pipe sanitary sewer main; including 15 manhole structures, by-pass pumping system the installation of 460 LF 12-inch DIP water main including water main accessories and 460 LF of 12-inch PVC pipe for sanitary sewer, including 4 manhole structures and, with and all other necessary and required appurtenances. Only bid documents from previously pre-qualified bidders will be opened.
