Description: Invitation for Bids (IFB) City of Bisbee Shared Use Path-Lavender Pit East Segment Sealed bids will be received by the City of Bisbee for reconfiguring the existing four-lane roadway into a three-lane roadway and adding a shared-use path (SUP) along SR 80, including demolition, paving, concrete, grading, drainage, signage, pavement marking, lighting, and traffic control improvements. The scope area is a 10–16-foot-wide asphalt concrete path along SR 80. Bid Submission Date/Time: Monday, April 20, 2026, at 3:00pm (Arizona MST) Bid Delivery Location: City of Bisbee City Clerk 118 Arizona Street Bisbee, AZ 85603 All bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: "BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE CITY OF BISBEE SHARED USE PATH- LAVENDER PIT EAST SEGMENT" Bid Modifications/Substitutions: Must be submitted in writing via email to the Project Manager no later than         April 10 th , 2026, @ 3 PM Further Questions: Must be submitted in writing via email to the Project Manager by                    April 15 th , 2026, @ 3 PM Addenda: Will be issued by email as necessary.
