Project Category Code: Concrete Pavement, Grubbing & Clearing, Drainage, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Utility Street Construction and Excavation, Crushed Stone/Rip Rap, Sewer and Water Construction, Traffic Control, Pavement Removal, Excavation, Paving (Highway, Road or Street)
Description: The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities:



  • 2,100        C Y        Excavation – Common (P)

  • 4,700        C Y        Common Embankment (CV) (P)

  • 2,500        S F        Steel Sheet Pile Wall

  • 500        L F        Ornamental Metal Railing

  • 20,900        S F        4” Bituminous Walk

  • 1,300        L F        18” RCP Storm Sewer

  • 600        L F        Concrete Curb and Gutter B618
    • Additional Description: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of North Branch shall comply with the provisions of the statute.

    The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
