Description:	The City of Camden is seeking one (1) contractor to provide for the demolition of a residential property at 553 Chestnut Street, Block 323, Lot 24, Camden, New Jersey, the removal of the demolished property and other on-site debris and final restoration and grading of the property and stucco the adjoining wall at 555 Chestnut Street as described in the Scope of Work below.
