Title:

Evaluator for the Project AWARE Grant

Description:

The Liberty County School System is seeking the services of a qualified external grant evaluator to support the
evaluation of the Project AWARE Program for the project period of 09/30/2026-09/29/2031contingent upon yearly
grant funds. The evaluator will be responsible for providing professional evaluation services, including the collection,
management, analysis, and interpretation of program data; monitoring progress toward grant goals, objectives, and
performance measures; assessing program implementation and outcomes; and providing timely reports and
recommendations to support continuous program improvement and grant compliance.
The evaluator and evaluation team must demonstrate the qualifications, experience, capacity, and technical expertise
necessary to effectively evaluate a school-based, trauma-informed mental health and well-being initiative serving
students across the Liberty County School System. Evaluation activities should align with the requirements of the
applicable SAMHSA grant, the approved project plan, and Liberty County School System's identified evaluation
needs.
