Overview

Summary

The Beach Access Vehicular Ramp at Florida Shores Blvd was destroyed during Hurricane Ian in 2022. This project will reconstruct the Beach Access Vehicular Ramp and restore safe pedestrian and vehicle access to the Beach at this location. This project will consist of concrete sheet pile seawall panels, concrete cap, reinforced concrete vehicular ramp, curbing, pedestrian sidewalk and site restoration. Laydown area, equipment and materials must be kept at the eastern most portion of the Right of Way and vehicular access to the two adjacent properties must be maintained at all times.
