REQUEST FOR QUOTATION : Abuse Partner Intervention Program

The Westchester County District Attorney’s Office acting in its role of coordinating agency for the Westchester STRIVE Initiative, seeks quotations for a mini/abbreviated Abusive Partner Intervention Program (APIP). The program should include two separate groups, to be run in succession and for an approximate length of 16 weeks. Each group should be able to accommodate 15 offenders in each group, who are either being sentenced to a conditional discharge or who are seeking to show eligibility for a non-probation/ non-incarcerative sentence in cases involving intimate partner violence. The programs must be in-person, and quotations should include all costs associated with implementing the program including operating and delivering the program, report writing and location costs. Proposers must include in their quotations their qualifications and experience and expertise demonstrating capability to deliver this program. The program is prioritized for southern Westchester and proposers should demonstrate an ability to deliver the program in southern Westchester in locations easily accessible to the public.
