Description: CITY OF DESTIN, FLORIDA The City of Destin will receive sealed competitive proposals for the Replacement of the Community Center’s roof.  The project is located in the City of Destin at 101 Stahlman Ave. As outlined in the project design plans, this project shall include, but may not be limited to: • Removal of existing seam metal panels at all elevations • Installation of new corrugated structural steel deck • Installation of new ½” DensDeck coverboard • Installation on new high-temperature self-adhered underlayment • Installation of new .040 standing seam metal panels at lower roofs • Installation of IB Roof Systems Flexible Petal Profile 60-mil single ply room membrane at dormers To bid on a project you must be placed on the Plan Holders List.
