Cape Hatteras Electric Cooperative (CHEC), hereby gives notice to prospective bidders that proposals will be received by Booth & Associates, LLC on behalf of Cape Hatteras Electric Cooperative, until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 for:

In order to insure an open and full competitive bidding process and maintain compliance with FEMA’s Procurement Guidance for Recipients and Subrecipients Under 2 C.F.R.
