NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract BEVERAGES AND FOUNTAIN DRINKS 26-029-DCC on or before May 19, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.


Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Care Center is seeking bidders to furnish and deliver Beverages and Fountain Drinks to its Café’s. Drinks include but not limited to, canned, bottled, and fountain soft drinks, sports drinks, bottled water, and additional non-alcoholic beverages. Deliveries shall occur on a regular schedule mutually agreed upon by the awarded bidder and the County. Awarded bidder shall deliver beverages and fountain drinks to its Wheaton campus location at:

  • 400 N. County Farm Road
  • 421 N. County Farm Road
  • 505 N. County Farm Road

Liftgate is required at the 400 N. County Farm Road location.

Awarded bidder shall provide beverage equipment required by the County on a loaned basis. Equipment delivery, installation, maintenance, and repairs shall be at the awarded bidder’s expense. Equipment shall include, but not limited to:

  • Fountain Soda Dispensing Systems with necessary components – Three (3)
  • Double-sided Refrigerated Coolers – Three (3) at minimum
  • Single-sided Refrigerated Coolers – Three (3) at minimum

The County reserves the right to use the coolers for non-competing products such as cold sandwiches and condiments.
