Single Rope Technique Training Instructor Services

The City of Cleveland, Department of Park and Recreation, Division of Urban Forestry, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals to provide recurring, field based safety training and mentorship for Urban Forestry staff. This initiative supports the Division’s efforts to strengthen safe climbing practices and modern work skills within non-right-of-way settings.

The Division is seeking to create internal proficiency in Single Rope Technique (SRT/SRS) and other contemporary climbing methods. To support this development, the City seeks an experienced climbing professional who can provide hands on instruction, reinforce safety protocols, and guide designated staff members as they build confidence and consistency in safe aerial operations.
