Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is for the selection of a Professional Consultant to provide Peer Reviews during procurement of Consultants and Contractors requiring a Request for Qualification (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of EL PASO COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT d/b/a UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER OF EL PASO, (hereinafter UMC). The Assistant Administrator of Planning, Design and Construction is responsible for the overall management of the 2025 UMC General Obligation Bond Implementation Program including contract administration, coordination with other UMC team members, community/education, communication with stakeholders, etc.
The successful Consultant will work with the UMC to monitor compliance of RFPs/RFQs with the County District Procurement Manual for El Paso County Hospital District.
Reference Exhibit B for Scope of Work. The selection of the firm (s) will be at the sole discretion of UMC about which Offeror’s Qualifications provides the best value to UMC based on the evaluation factors set forth in Section 4 herein.
