Description: UPDATE: Due date extended to 2:00pm (local time), April 8, 2025. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH will receive sealed proposals until 2:00 PM (local time), March 26, 2025 , for the Kodiak Island Borough Regional Solid Waste Management Plan. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference on March 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM (local time) that will be held via Zoom. Only registered proposers will receive a link for the pre-proposal meeting.
