Description: The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below: Solicitation Number: RFQ 224-008 FM 1978 Water Reclamation Facility Progressive Design-Build Project Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement .  Vendors must register to download information. All addenda, proposal tabulations, etc. can be downloaded at the above site. A non-mandatory pre-SOQ video conference will be held on November 14, 2024, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time. Requests for access to video conference must be submitted to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. at least 30 minutes prior to the pre-bid video conference.
