Sealed proposals for ENG 26-02 East Ganson Street Water Service Replacements will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Coordinator, Kari Kerstetter, via the City of Jackson e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofjackson . BIDS DUE MONDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2026, BY 10:00 AM (EST)

The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Replacement of 45 lead services lines and restoration (asphalt, concrete, turf) of affected areas along 0.5 miles of Ganson Street between Elm Street and Horton Street in the City of Jackson, Jackson County, Michigan.

Bidders may obtain Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms on the City of Jackson e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofjackson .

Bidders will be required to meet the City of Jackson's pre-qualification requirements prior to bid opening. Bidders must be prequalified for Watermain (I) OR Plumbing (T) [not both].
