Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for 9594CS26Q0015, Psychological Assessment Services at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC.



The requirement is for a contractor to provide evidence-based Clinical Assessments, Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations, and Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations to CSOSA offenders based upon an assessed level of care or a court order for treatment. The forthcoming solicitation will be advertised as a total set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 621330, Office of Mental Health Practitioners (Except Physicians). The resultant purchase order award is anticipated to be for one 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods.



A solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about March 4, 2026. The forthcoming solicitation will identify all requirements for submitting a response. CSOSA contemplates an award with firm-fixed unit prices and estimated quantities. No information other than that included in this presolicitation notice is available at this time.
