Request for Proposals for Commercial and Industrial Custom Program Support Services

The Efficiency Maine Trust (the Trust) seeks a qualified contractor or team of contractors to provide support services for the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Custom Program and the Large Battery Initiative. The awardee will serve as the program “delivery team.” The Trust welcomes bids from Small Businesses, Minority Businesses, Women’s Business Enterprises, Veteran-Owned Businesses, and/or Labor Surplus Area Firms.
