Solicitation Number: 274-2026-CM-P-06R Project Title: City of Raleigh – Sertoma Arts Center Improvements Project Description: This project proposes the demolition of 1,398 SF of an existing two-story, 12,629 SF arts center building and the renovation of the remaining building. In addition, the project proposes a new one-story 9,399 SF addition. The arts center building will include vocational arts classrooms to support painting, ceramics, fibers, and youth arts programming, in addition to a multipurpose room and support spaces. The existing structure is of load-bearing masonry and steel-framed construction. This addition will be steel-framed, Type VB construction, fully sprinklered with a non-separated business and assembly occupancy. The scope of work includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades as well as the installation of fire sprinkler and alarm systems.
