NOTICE TO BIDDERS

VILLAGE OF HINSDALE

Notice is hereby given by the Village of Hinsdale, Illinois that bid proposals will be received for the

following project:

2026 ASPHALT RESURFACING PROGRAM

The improvements to be completed as part of this project are located throughout the Village of Hinsdale.

The improvement length is approximately 1.1 miles. The scope of work includes replacement of

intermittent curb and gutter, sidewalks, and driveways; hot-mix asphalt surface removal and patching;

hot-mix asphalt surfacing; landscape restoration; and all other appurtenant work thereto. Contractors

must be prequalified by IDOT with a Certificate of Eligibility for all asphalt and concrete work.

Bidding documents, consisting of the bid proposal, project specifications, and project plans are available

online through QuestCDN at www.cbbel.com/bidding-info or www.questcdn.com using QuestCDN#

9903613, upon payment of a non-refundable charge of Thirty Dollars ($30.00). Contractors must

purchase bid documents and be shown on the Bidder’s Planholder List in order to bid. Bid proposals

must be submitted on the forms provided.

Sealed bids will be received up to the hour of 10:00 A.M. on Monday, January 19, 2026, in the Village

Hall, 19 East Chicago Avenue, Hinsdale, Illinois. All sealed bids received shall be clearly labeled “2026

Asphalt Resurfacing Program” and will be publicly opened and read at that time.

The award of a Contract will be made within forty-five (45) days following the date of the opening of

bids. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive any

informalities or technicalities in the bidding, and to accept the bids deemed most favorable to the interest

of the Village after all bids have been examined and evaluated.
