discharge water lines, and construction of new concrete decking around the pool. The City will be
responsible for demolition and removal of the existing pool, as well as excavation and grading for the
new pool; however, the selected vendor will be expected to provide some oversight during excavation
activities.

The City will beresponsible for demolition and removal of the existing pool, as well as excavation and grading for thenew pool; however, the selected vendor will be expected to provide some oversight during excavationactivities.The chosen contractor must provide all labor and materials to achieve the scope of work.Project will begin once a written “Notice to Proceed” is issued.Work can begin June 1, 2026. This project must be completed no later than May 21, 2027.Liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day will be assessed for delays beyond May 21, 2027.The City of Nashua, through the Mayor, who is awarding authority, reserves the right to reject any andall bids or parts of bids; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptionsto these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this request if in the City’s best interest.INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS:The City is now accepting submittals electronically via Bonfire.
