Overview

Summary

The Lea County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide legal services on a contract basis. Lea County anticipates awarding this solicitation to two (2) attorneys. Selected attorneys will not be Lea County employees. Annual compensation will be negotiable but estimated at $180,000.00 annually with up to $5,000.00 reimbursable moving expenses. Selected attorneys will work primarily for the Fifth Judicial District Attorney handling litigation that arises in Lea County . Award will be for a Single Term contract for a term of two (2) years .
