2025-202 Valley View Schools Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Improvement Project, Request for Bids

INVITATION FOR BIDS CITY OF BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Engineer, 1700 W 98th St, Bloomington, MN 55431, up to the time of bid opening, for construction of the: 2025-202 Valley View Schools Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Improvement Project

Which consists of:

1. Approximately 1100 cubic yards of common excavation, 2. Approximately 170 tons of bituminous plant mixture, 3. Approximately 600 tons of Class 5 aggregate base, 4. Approximately 1200 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 5. Approximately 21000 square feet of 4” – 8” concrete walk, 6. Approximately 500 square feet of stone retaining wall, 7. Approximately 50 linear feet of 15” storm sewer, 8. Approximately 100 linear feet of pavement markings, 9. Approximately 3300 square yards of seeding/sodding, 10. Exactly 1 flashing beacon systems

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the South Conference Room at 1700 W 98th St at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 11, 2025.
