This project shall be completed as a turnkey installation, including all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary for a fully functional system. Miscellaneous: All site visits must be completed by May 22, 2026. Contractor must meet all City of Douglas and State of Georgia licensing requirements. Sealed bids will be received at the City of Douglas City Hall, 302 South Madison

Ave., Douglas, Georgia, up to June 2nd, 2026 at 2:30pm. The bids will be

publicly opened and read at the City of Douglas Council Chambers for the

purchase of the following:
