  It is the intent of these plans and specifications to provide for a general contractor who shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform in a professional manner for the 2025 COLD MILLING OF CITY STREETS as described in the specifications and bid document.

INTENT

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work for this project shall consist of cold milling of City streets in accordance with the MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction, Section 501, and meeting the following specifications:
