The intent is to add to, modify, orclarify the documents. Should any of these items have an effect on price, such changes shall be included in the price bid.These items have the same force and effect as if contained in the original.ITEM 1:QUESTION/ANSWERQ1. Bisset Park & Englewood East Park have cathedral ceilings over 10'6" tall at the partition locations. GC HerringPark has an 8' ceiling with light fixtures in the way of partitions running to the ceiling. Just to clarify, all restroompartitions will be 7' tall instead of floor to ceiling at Bissett Park, Englewood East Park, & GC Herring Park?A1. Wall mount and rail is acceptable for open ceilings.Q2. GC Herring Park has two (2) vanities made from the same solid surface material as the partition walls. Are wereconstructing two (2) vanities as the same solid surface material as the new partition walls?A2. Vanities will not be installed. The existing formica-type vanities are to be removed and replaced with sinks that are specifiedin the table.Q3. Bissett Park - There are two (2) damaged gable end louver vents. Are we to repair those prior to paint?A3. No.Q4. Bissett Park - The T1-11 siding on the back of the building is damaged/ rotted. Are we replacing siding?A4. No.Q5. Bissett Park - The T1-11 siding has large voids above the storage room door on the exterior. Are we reworkingthe siding or adding trim to cover these voids prior to paint?A5. No.This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260346.Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.forKimberly A.
