Santa Fe County intends toaward a multiple source price agreement pursuant to Section 13-1-153 NMSA 1978. Bids may beheld for ninety (90) days subject to all action by the County. Santa Fe County reserves the right toreject any and all bids in part or in whole. A completed bid package shall be submitted in a sealedcontainer indicating the bid title and number along with the bidding firm’s name and address clearlymarked on the outside of the container.All bids must be received by 2:00 PM (MST), Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at the Santa Fe County,Purchasing Division located at 102 Grant Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501.
