Description: View Bid NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the County of Wayne will receive sealed bids for the Purchase of LIQUID BITUMINOUS MATERIALS, DENSE GRADE COLD MIX PAVING, FIBER REINFORCED SURFACE TREATMENT, LIQUID CALCIUM, PAVER PLACED CHIP SEAL, BITUMINOUS SLURRY SEAL, TYPE II COLD IN PLACE RECYCLING and TYPE III FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION for the Wayne County Public Works Department. Such bids may be submitted in accordance with the notice and instruction portions contained in the respective bid documents. Some Bids may be submitted electronically using the BidNet platform at http://www.bidbetdirect,com/new-york/waynecountyny or otherwise by mail in a sealed envelope clearly identified and filed with the Superintendent of Public Works, 7227 Route 31, Lyons, New York 14489. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Wayne County Superintendent of Public Works, 7227 Rt. 31, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 1:00 p.m. prevailing time, January 7th, 2025, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read.
