Scope:
The Town of Leesburg is accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a term contract for Industrial Coatings, Sealants, and Concrete Repair Services for various Town owned and operated water, wastewater, and building equipment and facilities throughout the Town, including, but not limited to the Town’s Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF), Water Filtration Plant (WFP), Water Pumping Stations, Sewage Pumping Stations, and Maintenance Buildings.
