The Jacksonville Transportation Authority ("Authority") seeks to award a Sole Source Contract to ChargePoint, Inc. for ChargePoint Prepaid coterminous renewal Commercial Cloud Plan, ChargePoint Assure Maintenance and Management services for all of the Authority's existing ChargePoint Stations. The maintenance and management of the ChargePoint equipment includes ongoing functions that are critical to the "Authority" which are under patent held by ChargePoint, Inc.
