Description: The City of Saratoga is interested in obtaining the services of an executive search firm to provide identification, recruitment, and screening of qualified candidates for its City Council to interview and appoint as the City Manager. Interested and qualified consulting firms who have demonstrated their ability at comparable work are invited to submit proposals. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Proposals will not be accepted after the date and time stated above. RFP SCHEDULE: The following is the schedule for the selection of the executive search firm. Due to the City's immediate hiring timeline needs, the response period is condensed. However, given the professional nature of executive search services and standardized proposal requirements, this timeline is considered achievable for qualified firms.
