Technical and Administrative Support for Student Learning & Licensure

Overview of Services Required Eastern Connecticut State University (ECSU or the University) Education Department is seeking a qualified on-call consultant to provide technical and administrative consulting support for the Student Learning and Licensure (SLL) Watermark platform used by the Education Department. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis during the Fall 2026 semester, as requested and authorized by the University. The University anticipates requiring approximately 35 total hours of consulting services during the semester. The estimated hours are provided for proposal and planning purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of any minimum number of hours.
