Description: Notice is hereby given that the City of Oak Harbor has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation from qualified engineering firms to assist with preparing a design for the Inflow and Infiltration Correction Program Project (ENG-22-09).
