Overview

Summary

The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified firms to provide clearance pruning of approximately 20,000 trees within the public right-of-way and/or private property trees and shrubs that overhang onto public right-of-way on selected streets.

Completion of the pruning must be completed by June 30, 2026. ACHD shall be entitled to "Liquidated Damages" of $250.00 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work.
