Item 1 1. Description changed from "Catering Service Requirements: The contractor shall provide catering services for the event, including delivery, setup, maintenance of the food service area during the event, and cleanup upon completion. Catering shall be provided in a self-service buffet style format.
Dedicated serving staff are not required. However, the contractor shall ensure that food and beverage stations remain adequately stocked and maintained throughout the service period.
The contractor shall provide all equipment, serving utensils, buffet service equipment, disposable service ware, plates, bowls (if applicable), cups, napkins, eating utensils, condiments, and supplies necessary to serve approximately sixty (60) attendees.

The contractor shall provide all equipment necessary to maintain proper food temperatures, food quality, and sanitary conditions during service.
