Description: Bidder must submit their bid response utilizing the following: Public Purchase at https://www.publicpurchase.com In person at City Hall, 220 W Mulberry, Sherman, TX 75090 or By courier, delivered to 220 W Mulberry, Sherman, TX 75090 This specification covers sodium hydroxide solution for use in the treatment of potable water supplies as a means to control pH of finished surface water. The sodium hydroxide solution shall be supplied as 25 wt% and be ANSI/NSF Standard 60 approved. Sodium hydroxide shall be delivered in bulk shipments of approximately 5,000 gallons per delivery, estimated use is 150,000 gallons annually. Packaging and shipments shall conform to all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
