Sevier County Government is requesting Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) from firms interested in providing Professional Administrative Services AND Professional Engineering – Architectural Services for a Historic Development Grant Program, Courthouse Round.

Responses are due at the Sevier County Mayor’s Office, 125 Court Avenue, Suite 102E, Attn: Alicia Viviano, Sevierville, TN 37862 by 2:00 PM on Friday, November 14, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No e-mailed or faxed bids will be accepted.

The vendor’s name, address, RFQ opening time and date, and the quotation “RFQ Professional Engineering - Architectural Services 2025 Historic Development Grant, Courthouse Round” OR “RFQ Professional Administrative Services 2025 Historic Development Grant, Courthouse Round” must be printed on the sealed, opaque envelope containing the Statement of Qualification.

Sevier County reserves the right to accept or reject any/or all statements and to accept the statement deemed most favorable to the interest of Sevier County.
