Bid Title:	RFB Aberdeen Community Dinner to provide updates on the Taholah Relocation Master Plan.

Description: The Planning Department is hosting a Community Dinner at the Aberdeen Log Pavilion. We are soliciting bids for contractors to cook dinner (menu is up to contractor's choosing) and dessert at the Aberdeen Log Pavilion on February 26th, 2026 to be served by 6:30 pm. Contractor will be responsible for setting up tables and chairs at each event. Contractor will be responsible for cleaning of kitchen and dining area after each event.
