RFP Children's Library Facade Repairs Project

Sealed proposals for the Lackawanna County Children’s Library Façade Repairs Project will be received at the County Controller’s Office at 123 Wyoming Avenue, 2nd Floor, Lackawanna County Government Center, Scranton, PA 18503 until 11:00 am on May 28 ^th , 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud the same day in the Commissioners Conference Room, 5 ^th Floor, Lackawanna County Government Center, 123 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503 at 2:00 pm.

The Contract Documents may be obtained electronically by registering with Sarah Booher at sbooher@gpinet.com. Bids must be submitted upon the forms furnished by the County.  Only registered Bidders will be on record to receive Addenda. Bids will only be accepted from firms that attend the Pre-Bid Meeting.

There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held at 9:00 A.M. on May 6 ^th , 2026.  Information for the meeting will be emailed to registered plan holders.
