All submissions must be made online. No redlines on the contract will be accepted during the submission process. If there are terms you cannot agree to or wish to have changed, you must request that by submitting a question or request for modification to the scope to the Procurement Officer during the Deadlines for Question process, and Clemson will consider changes.
