Overview

Summary

The City of Hollywood (“City”) invites qualified and experienced Vendors to submit bids to provide building securing services that include board-up and fencing.

Background

During the twelve (12) months from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, the City required the following services:

• 5179 sq. ft. of ½” CDX plywood installed (3.50 sq. ft.)
• 3 call outs resulting in cancellations
• 0 call out minimum charge
• 70 total board-ups performed during the 2024 calendar year

Approximately eighty (80) percent of the required services were performed between the hours of 6 P.M. and 6 A.M. Monday through Friday. No guarantee is expressed or implied as to the total number of board-ups under this open-end contract. Estimated quantities will be used for bid comparison purposes only.
