Remove 2 beaver dams and any obstructions on the Clark Chapman drain in Eel River TWP/SEC 5.

Remove the beaver dams down to the existing bottom channel and ditch banks. Wood, debris, and trash will need to be

hauled away. Spoil can be deposited and spread out 20’ from top of ditch bank

All areas disturbed by the contractor shall be restored to pre-construction conditions. Working side of the drain may vary

but north side of the drain is preferred

NOTE: all permits that may be required for the job is the sole responsibility of the contractor to obtain and have on hand on

the job.

Should any unforeseen additional work be required beyond the specified scope, it must be discussed and approved by the

project manager
