Description: Invitation for Bid #26027 Paving Various Roads The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, IFB #26027, the scope of work under this contract includes, but is not limited to road grinding, coldplaning, fine grading, resurfacing, paving, granite curb installation, sidewalk and ADA wheelchair ramp construction and reconstruction, roadway striping, guardrail installation and other related work on various roads to be determined by the City in Gloucester, MA.  Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. Bids will be due and opened electronically on Wed., August, 20, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma . Bid packages will be available on July 30, 2025 on bidnet direct. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
