Description	This project will serve to remodel portions of an approximately 6000 SF building. The current use of the facility is a mixture of office space and vehicle/storage bays. The remodel will consist of transforming 2 of the vehicle/storage bays into office space. There will be an additional restroom and break room added to the east end of the building. Work anticipated to include: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Masonry (CMU Block), Carpentry (Framing), and Concrete flatwork.
